4.2 "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the Course platform. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the platform, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and make downloadable versions of the Course Materials available to you.
4.3 Sister Circles are included for a period of one year from the date of your enrolment. Availability, scheduling, and frequency of live sessions are at our discretion and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.4 Live sessions (including Sister Circles) will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. We cannot guarantee the availability of every session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 The completion requirement exists to ensure you have given the Course a fair opportunity to deliver results before requesting a refund.
6.4 Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will verify your completion status and process the refund within 14 working days to the original payment method.
6.5 Refund requests that do not meet the conditions in clause 6.2 will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7.3 By accessing the Course content before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that you are requesting immediate access to digital content, and you understand that this may affect your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee (clause 6) provides you with additional protection beyond your statutory cooling-off rights.
7.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12.3 We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
13.1 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
13.2 In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to resume performance as soon as practicable and will keep you informed of any material disruption to scheduled live sessions.
